John was an excellent designer to work with on a home remodel and addition. He was patient and attentive to the intricate details my wife and I envisioned for the project. John went above and beyond to come up with options for materials etc. He became a friend as well as our architect design provider.

John provided the professional detail plans we need for our home addition and the required permits making this a smooth part of the process. He checked in weekly to assure a smooth connection between the design aspect and the contractors. John helped keep us in proper prespective of timelines as the project progressed, which in itself was a big help. We appreciate John and highly recommend him for any project.

This is a top-class professional. Working with John has been nothing short of amazing. Being new in the field of real estate development, I was in need of someone who could, not only perform the job as a true professional, but also be patient enough to explain certain things to me and why certain things were being done. John went above and beyond at this. I would continue to use him in all my upcoming projects and would recommend him to anyone who needs the job done correctly the first time.
