Complete exterior and interior remodel of a neglected 1920s bungalow. Typical of the design of it's time the interior consisted on small defined rooms. The new owners wanted to open and visually connect the living, dining and kitchen areas and allow the spaces to flow together and fill with natural light. Finishing touched including a new porch entrance, hurricane impact windows and rear deck for entertaining will be finished in the Fall of 2021
